How to: Print a PowerPoint presentation outline.
Solution:
Select 'Print...' from the 'File' menu and select 'Outline View' from the 'Print What' drop-down list box.
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Print...'. (The 'Print' dialog box appears.)
NOTE: To print to a file instead of a printer, select the 'Print to File' check box, in the bottom right of the 'Printer' group.
Select the check box
2) Select 'Outline View' from the 'Print what' drop-down list box.
3) (Optional) Select any other desired print options.
4) Click 'OK'.
